Beyond Peat

Spring is here, you’re ready to start planting all the perennials, annuals, and edibles you picked from the local nursery, and you’ve got bags of Beyond Peat™ Professional Organics—mixed and ready to use straight from the bag. But just how much planting material do you need? Here’s a quick, easy-to-digest guide to help you figure out how much mix you need for a variety of situations.

Raised Bed
In your raised bed, put a layer of gravel at the bottom for drainage and then fill the bed halfway up with Beyond Peat™ Professional Organics Raised Bed Mix. Dig up holes for plants, put them in, and then fill up the rest of the bed with the mix. Finally, pat gently and water away.
